Trade Magnet Our own platform: a fast site, a back-office CRM and instant AI estimates We practise what we preach. trademagnet.com.au runs on the same stack we build for clients: a fast Astro site out front, a full back-office CRM behind it, and an AI bot that turns a chat into a qualified estimate in our inbox. 
Grid 26 Construct Flow: a full construction management app for Grid 26 Grid 26 came to us with a live-coded prototype and a stack of third-party tools that no longer fit. We're rebuilding it as Construct Flow, a proper app for budgets, financials and on-site observations. 
AWE Electrical A lead engine and power-bill scanner for AWE Electrical A fast marketing site with a power-bill scanner that reads a customer's bill and turns it into a qualified lead, straight into the CRM. 
Trade Magnet Advanced Job Reporting: a paid ServiceM8 add-on we built and ship A full analytics app we built and sell inside ServiceM8. It pulls your entire job history out of ServiceM8, then turns it into live dashboards, AI analysis and custom spreadsheet reports, all without leaving the platform. 
Building Site CCTV A hire automation and website refresh for Building Site CCTV We mapped and automated Building Site CCTV's whole customer journey on GoHighLevel, from the first enquiry to recurring hire invoicing, with a refreshed website out front. 
Proximity Plumbing Every lead source, one pipeline, straight into ServiceM8 We funnelled all of Proximity Plumbing's lead sources into one GoHighLevel pipeline and wired it through to ServiceM8, so every enquiry is tracked and nothing slips. Got a project in mind?
