By using our services, you’re agreeing to these terms.
We offer custom automations, smart integrations, apps, and system setups for service-based businesses. This includes:
Platform integrations (e.g. ServiceM8, GoHighLevel, Simpro)
Custom workflow automation and job syncing
API-based tool development and cloud deployment
OAuth-connected apps with secure access
We build these services either as once-off projects or as part of ongoing hosted plans, depending on your needs and engagement with us.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information, access credentials, and approvals required to deliver services
Use the automations and tools we provide in a lawful and reasonable way
Notify us of any issues or changes that may impact integrations
We rely on your input and systems access to do our job — clear communication makes everything smoother.
Most of our services come with fair use terms. For hosted plans, this includes reasonable usage limits around job volumes, API requests, or system load.
If we notice usage that impacts system stability or falls outside agreed limits, we’ll reach out to chat through next steps. We want the tools to work well for everyone.
We take security seriously. Access credentials (such as API tokens or OAuth grants) are handled securely and only used for their intended purpose within your automation setup.
If you revoke access or remove our integrations, that may affect the functionality of certain automations — just let us know, and we can help adjust things accordingly.
Trade Magnet is not liable for:
Downtime or errors caused by changes to third-party platforms we integrate with
Client misuse or misconfiguration of tools
You own:
All the data in your connected systems
Any intellectual property you provide (logos, templates, documents)
Your login credentials and API access keys
We retain ownership of the underlying code and tools we’ve built, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
