These Instant Estimate Terms apply to the indicative estimate generated by the online estimate tool operated by Trade Magnet (Modll Pty Ltd, ABN 79 639 342 484) at trademagnet.com.au. They sit alongside, and form part of, our Terms of Service. By using the instant estimate tool you agree to these terms.
1. Indicative only, not a quote
The figures shown are an indicative guide based on the limited information you provide during a short, automated chat. They are not a quote, an offer, or a fixed price, and should not be relied on as the final cost of any work.
2. No binding agreement
Generating an estimate does not create a contract or any obligation on you or on Trade Magnet. Nothing is agreed, ordered, or reserved until we have scoped the work properly and both parties have signed a written proposal or agreement.
3. Based on the information you give us
The estimate is produced automatically from your answers. We do not independently verify those answers, and we have not reviewed your systems, data, or requirements in detail. Incomplete or inaccurate information will change the result. The actual scope, complexity, and cost can only be confirmed after a proper discovery and scoping process.
4. Pricing may change
Indicative ranges, ongoing fees, and any "from" prices are subject to change at any time and may differ from your final proposal. Prices are in Australian dollars. Where GST applies it is noted on the estimate; otherwise figures may be exclusive of GST and of other taxes, charges, or third-party costs.
5. Savings and payback figures are illustrative
Any "pays for itself", time-saved, or savings figures are rough projections calculated from the hours you estimate and a general hourly value. They are illustrative only, are not a promise or guarantee of any result, saving, or return, and your actual outcomes will vary.
6. No reliance
You should not make financial, business, or purchasing decisions in reliance on the instant estimate alone. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Magnet is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the estimate. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. How you get a real quote
A firm, fixed quote is provided only in a written proposal, after we have spoken with you and scoped the work. We are happy to do that any time: just book a call from your estimate.
8. Your information and privacy
The details you enter (such as your name, business, email, and your answers) are stored so we can prepare your estimate and follow up with you. We handle them in line with our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your estimate data at any time.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Instant Estimate Terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one published here when you generate your estimate.
