What does the monthly hosting fee include?
The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring, and ongoing support for your automations.
This includes infrastructure, uptime monitoring, error notifications, and backend maintenance.
It does not include building new automations.
What’s the difference between the $89 and $199 plans?
The $89 plan includes automation hosting and support only.
The $199 plan includes everything in the $89 plan, plus access to GoHighLevel CRM for managing leads, contacts, and visibility over emails being sent.
Do I need GoHighLevel to use your automations?
No. GoHighLevel is optional.
It’s only required if you want built-in lead and contact management. Most email parsing and automation workflows work perfectly without it.
How much does an automation cost to build?
Automations are priced separately as a one-off build fee.
For common email parsing workflows:

No. Hosting is billed separately as a monthly fee.

Additional inboxes, workflows, or complexity can be added and scoped if needed.

If an automation doesn’t meet the agreed scope, we’ll work with you until it does. If it still can’t be resolved, we offer a money-back guarantee on the build fee (scope-dependent).
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There’s no long-term lock-in.
If you cancel, we provide a 30-day grace period, after which the automations are safely turned off.
Can you modify or extend automations later?
Absolutely. Changes or new features are scoped separately and quoted before any work begins.

Do you use AI to parse emails?
We can, but in most cases we deliberately don’t.
