Terms & Conditions - Lifetime Access Prize

1. The Trade Magnet lifetime access prize draw is open to all individuals who sign up for any of the three available plans before the 31st of December 2023.

2. By signing up during the promotional period, users are automatically entered into the prize draw for a chance to win lifetime access to the Trade Magnet platform.

3. The prize draw will take place in March 2024, and the winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entrants.

4. The winner of the lifetime access prize will have unlimited access to the Trade Magnet platform for the duration of their subscription, even if they choose to cancel at any time.

5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

6. Trade Magnet reserves the right to modify or terminate the prize draw offer at any time without prior notice.

7. Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the prize draw may result in disqualification from the competition.

8. All other terms and conditions related to the use of the Trade Magnet platform remain applicable, including the privacy policy and user agreement.
